Understanding Limitations

1 hour online session via Zoom hosted by Mel Thomson & Rachel Fraser. There is an opportunity during the session to share thoughts during the ‘take a moment’ exercises but not essential.

Recognising your limitations, isn’t about pointing out flaws or about admitting defeat, it is the opposite. It is about empowering yourself to move forward. We can’t be experts in everything and spread too thinly we can become burnt out and resentful. That’s why understanding your limitations is important. When we do that, we can enjoy our natural gifts and talents and enjoy each day to the full.
