Description
Give yourself some quality time to work on areas that are making you feel frustrated and stuck. Do you spend timeĀ on making your body stronger and healthier? The mind is an important muscle which needs to be looked after well too in order to live happy and fulfilled lives. These sessions have been developed to:
- help better understanding of yourself
- uncover some reasons why you might be frustrated/overwhelmed
- help you find out your best way to overcome them.
- Get improved self-esteem
Sessions are in blocks of 6. Each session is between 45 minutes and 1 hour in total and can be arranged at times that are convenient for you.
