Lifted Evenings – Embrace yourself

Learning to love and embrace who we are, is such an important thing to do but many of us find it difficult. We may also believe that we do love ourselves but our actions and reactions suggest that is not the case. Embracing who you are is essential for personal growth, moving forward, realising dreams and having good relationships with others. This session will look at what it means to love yourself, the barriers we can face and practical key steps in achieving true appreciation for who we are.
